Nuclear Hangover?
DOE Federally Funded Research and Development Center Argonne Laboratory’s Vulnerability Assessment Team (VAT) assessed the problem of counterfeit wine, and in response, developed a new wine bottle cap. Um, good work? DOE is asking for $418,095 for Argonne laboratory for FY2009.
